Akasya BPV, Inc. has the design and engineering capability to produce metal fabrication from the
ground up as per clients needs. Years of engineering experience coupled with current engineering softwares makes Akasya
BPV’s engineering team capable of handling commonly used design and customized design works, as well.
The Akasya BPV plant has an in-house engineering supported by various workstations. These workstations
are interfaced to work with the various CNC equipment of the plant. Portable computers are linked to our system for
offsite engineering works.
The Akasya BPV corporate office is the home of specialized engineering team that supports its quality
engineering services. Akasya BPV’s global approach in engineering and team building makes it capable to generate
independent design techniques and analysis to cater the oil/gas/geothermal, mining, petrochemical and food industries.

Akasya BPV is an ASME certified plant authorized to construct ASME stamp boilers and
pressure vessel both at its plant and field sites. Akasya BPV hold the ASME stamps for “U”
(Pressure vessel), “S” (Power Boilers)
and “PP” (Pressure Piping).
Akasya BPV’s ASME certification and the use of its ASME stamps cover the following
scope of activities in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes. |
“S”
(Power Boilers) – Akasya BPV, Inc. is authorized to manufacture and assemble Power
Boilers at its plant and controlled field sites, under S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, S-6, S-7 and S-8 conditions. |
“U”
(Pressure Vessels (Div. 1)) – Akasya BPV, Inc. is authorized to manufacture
pressure vessels at its shop and controlled field sites under U-1, U-2, U-6 and U-9 conditions. |
“PP”
(Pressure Piping) – Akasya BPV, Inc. is authorized to fabricated and assemble pressure
piping components at its plant and controlled field sites under PP-1, PP-2, and PP-3 conditions. |
